Hey there, Rock Star!

We are looking to hire a Rockstar Office Assistant to join Pullman's premier dental team.

Responsibilities Overview:

Oversee patient balances and send statements for collection.
Maintain and manage accounts receivables.
Support front desk staff by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and calling insurance.
Post payments and call insurance companies.
Completion of KPI reports weekly.
Send pre-authorization and provide patients with estimates.
Scanning documents, data entry, and other clerical work.
Make each visit, the BEST dental experience our patients have ever had.
Having 2+ years of experience working in a dental office would a great asset.
